Novotel Suites Luxembourg

I don’t write many reviews, but occasionally when everything is perfect, I feel compelled to. I want to give a great shout-out to the staff; they were very friendly, and we felt very welcomed with our family. Our children quickly declared this hotel their favorite because of the many extras for kids. The staff's conduct sets a great example for many other hotels. The rooms are great; they're large, modern, the shower is excellent, and everything you need is there, with many extras included. We stayed for one night while traveling with a car and a small trailer (vacation travels). Overnight parking was possible without many hazards, unlike some other hotels. However, it may not be recommended for larger trailers or caravans. It's best to ask the staff before your arrival if you're in doubt. We only stayed for one night, but next year we will definitely book an extra night since both the stay and the location are wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay here for a short break! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was very clean. I especially enjoyed the morning kids' entertainment, which kept our little ones happy and engaged. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety to choose from, and we appreciated the discount on parking at the end. Overall, a great experience— I’d recommend this place!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just opposite the Philharmonie concert hall, and with regular trams passing right in front of the hotel. Very convenient, especially since the public transport is free throughout Luxembourg. One could easily walk to the city centre, too. The room was a very comfortable size, the breakfast decent, the reception staff was very friendly and the underground carpark quite an important plus point during the cold winter nights. The hotel also provided water fountains close to the elevators, so no need to buy water bottles before going back to the room for the night. That is another very welcome service.

Fantastic location with a tram stop right next to the hotel. There is a big underground garage right under the hotel. The public transport in Luxembourg is free, so it was very convenient. We had some problems in our room with the heating at night (which is the reason for 9 instead of 10 points for the hotel), they handled it very fast the next day. I especially liked how good natured and helpful the staff at the reception desk were.

We stayed here for one night, check-in was quick, they even let us in early, for which many thanks to the girl who did the registration. It's strange that the hotel didn't have a corkscrew, even stranger that knowing my room number the other guy at the reception wasn't too polite, not trusting his guest, it's quite unpleasant when a person thinks that you can steal his thing, that's the only reason I'm reducing my rating by 1 point
