The rooms/suites were superb, extremely polite and helpul staff, fantastic facilities, cleanliness at the highest level, very good breakfast, very fast free wifi, great comfort, the location is excellent, great value for money. Overall, we had an exceptional stay!!!

The hotel was very comfortable, especially as my daughter had the vomiting bug on arrival and was bedbound for our stay. The staff were so helpful and considerate, particularly the housekeeping staff and the receptionists. The location was brilliant, the city was so accessible and the Infinity shopping centre 100m walk away was convenient for coffee, lunch and great Proxy supermarket. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The family room was great, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I don’t write many reviews, but occasionally when everything is perfect, I feel compelled to. I want to give a great shout-out to the staff; they were very friendly, and we felt very welcomed with our family. Our children quickly declared this hotel their favorite because of the many extras for kids. The staff's conduct sets a great example for many other hotels. The rooms are great; they're large, modern, the shower is excellent, and everything you need is there, with many extras included. We stayed for one night while traveling with a car and a small trailer (vacation travels). Overnight parking was possible without many hazards, unlike some other hotels. However, it may not be recommended for larger trailers or caravans. It's best to ask the staff before your arrival if you're in doubt. We only stayed for one night, but next year we will definitely book an extra night since both the stay and the location are wonderful.

Very nice hotel, clean, really good breakfast. The room had everything you need, even a microwave, very convenient for families with children. The center is 10 minutes away by tram, the stop is nearby, all public transport in the city is free. There is a charger for an electric car, the cost of charging is included in the cost of parking, we paid 18 euros. The only negative was that the room was a bit stuffy and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning, and the windows didn't open.

Hotel close to tram of Luxembourg which brings you for free to the city center. Modern building, modern interior. Silent room. Enough parking in underground parking. Feels like a safe parking. Hotel could be easily reached by car, close to the north-eastern access roads of Luxembourg city.

Room is well designed to maximise space so very comfortable for four. Great shower. All staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is between two tram stops with a 2 minute walk to either. Its a short few minutes into centre and also very close to the airport in the other direction. There's a little shopping centre with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just beside the Philharmonie tram stop. Overall a very good location and recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here for a short break! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was very clean. I especially enjoyed the morning kids' entertainment, which kept our little ones happy and engaged. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety to choose from, and we appreciated the discount on parking at the end. Overall, a great experience— I’d recommend this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was equipped with all the amenities, including a convenient mini kitchen and a coffee machine. The shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were of a very good quality.

This is our third or fourth stay at this hotel. Again everything was perfect, from the staff which is exceptional and would go out of their way to meet our requests or answer questions. Also the water fountains (with either still or sparkling water) are a brilliant idea for making fresh water available for free and avoiding the need for plastic bottles which would normally use. Add the location (tram for free in front of the hotel), infinity shopping center next door, restaurants, etc. and it makes an ideal hotel to visit Luxembourg.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just opposite the Philharmonie concert hall, and with regular trams passing right in front of the hotel. Very convenient, especially since the public transport is free throughout Luxembourg. One could easily walk to the city centre, too. The room was a very comfortable size, the breakfast decent, the reception staff was very friendly and the underground carpark quite an important plus point during the cold winter nights. The hotel also provided water fountains close to the elevators, so no need to buy water bottles before going back to the room for the night. That is another very welcome service.
